As a consultant, you will work alongside the team members to support high-profile clients in the energy and utilities sector. You will also play a key role in the growth of ZENRG, from developing internal processes, producing intellectual property, and supporting business development activities.

The successful applicant will work on-site (in the ZENRG office or at the Client site) as a norm with part-time home office opportunities. Limited travel within Hungary and abroad will be required on occasion.

Its mission is to support its clients in solving the challenges of the immediate future and in transitioning to a greener and more efficient operation through innovation and agility. ZENRG offers its services primarily to companies working in the energy sector, like distribution system operators (DSOs), traders, power plants and holding companies. We offer a broad spectrum of professional services including Target Operating Models, feasibility studies, corporate strategy development and implementation, BPR (Business Process Reengineering), market analysis, carve-out and post-merger support, IT system implementation and PMO support.

Who are we looking for?
Required professional background and skills:

3+ years of consulting work experience
-
Proficiency in English and in Hungarian

University degree in Economics, Engineering or Technical Management with relevant specialization

Strong knowledge of various Windows-based office applications (mainly Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Outstanding problem solving, analytical, communication and presentation skills

Strong client management skills and proactive personality
